Eurogreen Ventures Philippines Corporation is engaged in charcoal manufacturing with raw materials derive from coconut shell. Our Coconut Charcoal Briquettes is being exported to other countries and also sold in local market.

Position : President & Chief Executive Officer
TASK :
1. Responsible for providing strategic direction of the company, financial and operational leadership and closely coordinate and work with the Board of Directors and senior management team.
2. Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization’s operational and fiscal function and performance.
3. Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company’s plans and programs.
4. Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.

EMRULLAH H.
Position : Chief Operating Officer
TASK :
1. Provides operational leadership of the organization pertaining with the business plan and overall strategic direction of the company.
2. Creates operational, managerial and administrative procedures, reporting structures and operational control of the company.
3. Assist executive team members in creating, growing and building an effective and efficient organization leading toward becoming an industry leader.
4. Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the CEO, Finance Dept. and other key executive team
member.

KAREN GRACE S.
Position : Administrative and Finance Officer
TASK :
1. Advise and provide assistance to other operating department.
2. Provide logistical requirement of the entire organization, ensuring that all staff are equip with necessary skill and tools/equipment.
3. Responsible for the accounting department of the compant.
4. Responsible for the general marketing operation of the company..

JAIME M. JR. & MARIETA M.
Position : Government Relation Officer
TASK :
1. Perform the tasks of custom services in relation to import and export activities of the company. Monitors data on import/export and transit passage.
2. Carries out customs supervision in the transport of goods between the Philippines and foreign countries.
3. Carries out activities for the payment of custom duties, excise tax duties, especial taxes and other levies, which pursuant to regulations accrued during the inland and outbound customs procedures for clearance of goods.
4. Supervises the work of international forwarder.
